International Management Trainee
It is important to note that the International Management Trainee position requires a significant amount of travel, often together with senior management. This means that you will have long days and may experience some jet lag. However, we believe that the rewards of this job, including the hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and career growth potential, far outweigh the challenges. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about international business and who are willing to put in the hard work and dedication required to succeed in this role.
These are your duties as international management trainee
- Work closely with senior management to gain an understanding of the company's operations and strategic objectives.
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning experiences to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and locations to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with maintenance locations and project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Support the preparation of proposals and bids for new projects.
- Travel to different locations to gain exposure to different markets and cultures, and to support project delivery.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration. They should have quick comprehension, a high willingness to learn, and go the extra mile. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are also required, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The candidate should be willing to relocate and work in different locations around the world and have excellent communication skills in English, German, and Dutch. Passion for driving public transportation and finding sustainable better solutions for the future, as well as an extroverted personality, toughness, and endurance, are also desired qualities.
